When participating in rigorous exercise, or using in a swimming pool or hot springs, apply the glue.

1，Applying glue to the back of the prosthetic breast
Apply approximately one inch of glue around the outer edge of the product.
Ensure that the glue forms a complete seal so that no water can enter and the product will stay in place.

2，Wearing the product
Look in the mirror and adjust the position sufficiently to paste on the prosthetic breast.
After the prosthetic breast is firmly put in place, it can only be removed by using the adhesive removal solution.

3，Removal of the product
Apply the removal solution between your body and edges of the prosthetic breast. Peel the prosthetic breast off gently and slowly from the edge while rubbing the removal solution between your body and the product.
